Queue management

Groups of six every five minutes means the queue visibly moves, which is what stops people walking away. We marshal the line, brief the next group while the current one is inside, and hold a spectator margin clear of the entry point.

Weather

The tunnels are enclosed, so light rain doesn't stop the activity the way it stops open-air attractions. Ground conditions are the real limit — waterlogged fields make towing and safe queuing difficult, so we'll talk through a hard-standing alternative if the forecast turns.

Siting it well

• 10m × 6m of flat ground with the queue running along the site flow, not across it
• Away from generators, catering fryers and vehicle movements
• Somewhere the entrance is visible from the main footfall route

Booking both attractions

For a full-day public event, the caving system plus the mobile bouldering wall covers a broad age range and keeps two queues moving independently. Ask us for a combined quote — it's usually better value than two separate hires.
